Another dog gathering ;) Was a nice suprise to bump into Achew's aunt as well who brought along her toy poodle.
And the Bon Odori event which followed during the evening. This is one of those times when the dinky PnS built in flash is rendered practically useless... lol

This is the main reason why I adore phones which come with built in cameras... it's perfect to document all those quirks you encounter daily. Here're a few...

You can say my dad has a green thumb. Many a times, I have jokingly said that he spends more time with his garden than he does with the family. I never really shared his passion, as I hate creepy crawlies and I hate dirt. So it was rather hard for me to comprehend his love for tending to plants. However, I spent some time over the weekend, just looking at the work and effort he invested in the little garden in our house. And I think I finally realize what makes him so happy sweating it out, evening after evenings.
