Real crappy day. Overslept, screwed up elevator (which meant I had to walk down from close to 20th floor), late for work, bucket loads of issues. Was on the fookin phone more than doing any actual work; trying to iron out the damn problems. Everything which could go wrong, went wrong.

I space out when doodling. Which meant an hour or two of worry-free ignorant bliss. I don't really care about accuracy. Most of the time, the end result usually differs vastly from the reference material. So... no... I have no idea who the heck the sketch is supposed to be. It's just some random photo I nicked off the net. Your guess is as good as mine.

Managed to catch quite a few good movies of late. Protege was one fantastic Hongkie flick. Apocalypto wasn't too shabby either. The first 20 minutes of Babel looks promising. You gotta thank Uncle Lim for supplying affordable entertainment to the masses.

But there's one movie I'm itching to watch at the cinema. Since the first time I caught a glimpse of the trailer on YouTube last year, I was bowled over by the sublime polished look of the movie. High contrasty visuals which made fantastic use of light and shadow gave the whole thing a surreal look. The testosterone overload make me wanna go out, thump my chest and go slaughter someone.

I don't care if the critics panned the movie kaw kaw. I'm prepared to face the fact that this could well be a turkey. But it doesn't matter... I still wanna watch it in it's full glory at the cinema.

It would be so cool if I could say this to my boss...

I think I negleted the 'Sketches' column for a while liao... sampai collect habuk 2 inci. Guess it's time to add a new entry.

Almost threw this one away together with some old newspaper while packing my stuff to prepare go home. Sketched during the night after catching Maggie Q strut her stuff in Mission Impossible 3 about 2 months ago. Takde scanner kat sini... so pakai digicam je. If the rupa tak sama... juz tutup satu mata k?

Nothing much happened over the past few days or so. Just work... and more work. I wanted to blog bout the little charity thingy which took place last week, but Achew already did so; complete with much better photos than the pathetic ones I took. So head over to his blog for a looksy ;)

How I wish if I could sketch for a living instead of staring at schematics and be an insignificant polygon pusher all day long. But then again, I would need much better penciling skills before I can even dare to imagine doing so... blek...  :P

Unfortunately, chances of me meeting Miss Keller is as remote as me striking the TOTO lottery. So, as all blur sotong fantasy goes... tough luck lar. So I continue dreaming aje lah. Anyways, here's my tribute to Miss Keller. You rawk duddette!

Sien-ar. This weekend have basically been like watching paint on the wall dry. Arrggghhh! And the bugger c c b s (yes... you four waramashites...) doesn't seem to be interested in having a DOTA session in Boot Sector... satu sms put takde... blek.

I farking hate being bored. I farking hate rotting alone. WTF-lar... I ended up befriending my nephew's stubby 2B pencil for the past 2 hours to keep myself occupied. I can still remember Gaylord quoting "but it seems these days he's only interested in sketching frogs and honda cars" on our yet to be launched 5-author joint website. Wei... frogs... leng luis... frogs... leng luis... which easier to draw? I oso need motivasi sometimes before I can draw rite? t(-_-t)

Anyways, this week's sketch is dedicated to Gaylord; featuring his beloved Ayumi Kinoshita, the Yellow DekaRanger. Hope this can help appease you... pls... pls... pls... don't kutuk me liao for the next few days k? I oso got feeeeelings one. You yawn at everything I do... I manyak sakit hati u know...? Chi mou? Blek x50000... 

I just junked to 2 pages worth of blog about the DOTA session I had with the guys at Boot Sector today. It was supposed to be an ode to FF (Faggoty Frog... which happens to work wiv us... drives a DC2...), who decided to join us during lunch. Long story short, his obnoxious presense rubbed many of the regulars the wrong way; quite a number were tempted to giveth him the smacketh down.  Daddycat, Gaylord and Archilles did a much better job at blogging about the experience than my 2 pages of crap. So I'll leave the story-telling to them which can be found here, here and here. Enjoy ;)
