Elo my lovelies! Welcome bek to another edition of masak-masak wiv cmos. Yes... I miss you too, no need to buat muka you masam macam cuka. **cubit your pipi**

Ewah!

Anyways, today hari ini, I show you all hensem pretty semua, how to make Japanese dumpling aka Gyoza. Acherly... I dunno how to buat mia... my sifu teach me one (I just KPC like puppy tak guna, help CL buat aje... hahaha). Resepi ni... simple je.

Gyoza Ingredients:

Dough:
170 mL water
200 g strong flour

Filling:
200 g ground pork
Cabbage
Leek or Green onion
Garlic
Ginger
Sake*
Soya sauce, salt, and pepper
Sesame oil

Bagi itu dough... tak payah lerrrrrrrrrrr. We main cheating je (wot is strong flour??? Tepung tu gangster kat gym???). Pigi Tesco or Carefour ke... buy satu stack sui kau or wantan skin. Save your time and effort, boleh pi gossip sama neighbour instead; kutuk the other neighbour kaw kaw.

Filling tu... tak susah. Kita beli daging babi, 200gm. But after cuba, rasa rasa a bit too lean lar (I think the babi tak cukup makan kot, kena dera kat kedai babi... kesian). So kita kena add sikit daging white prawn. Kasi hantam chop chop kaw kaw. Mince sampai lumat.

After that, masuk itu daging sama satu mangkuk.

Campur sama spring onion cincang, ginger julliene, garlic hancur lumat, kobis cabbage hiris. Itu sake I dunno where beli... so kena ommit. Leek to nama glamour orang-putih bagi kito orang mia spring onion lar (I think lar).

Kasi soya sauce, sesame seed oil, salt and pepper secukup rasa. Gaul sampai sebati. We modify sikit the resepi oso. Tambah chopped waterchestnuts for extra texture. Crunch crunch yum yum.

Lepai tu, ambik satu helai sui kau skin. Kasi rata rata kat pinggan. Take satu dollop mixture tadi, put kat middle itu kulit. After that, guna jari you yang halus licin and fold properly sampai macam satu poket. If takbleh gam... use sikit cornflour mixture with water dan gam itu ends sampai ketat.

Bila itu semua sudah ready... kita ready masak masak. Jeng jeng jeng jeng! Ambik lu mia kuali rata. Put sikit, veli sikit cooking oil. Lepai tu, arrange itu gyoza on the kuali.

Kasi masak itu bawah section sampai golden brown seksi habis. Itu top portion not yet cook tak apa. Make sure bawah cantik nice nice brown cow.

Once itu selesai, ambik sikit air and pour into your kuali rata sampai the gyoza half submerge macam submarine Rusia rosak. Bukak api maksimum. Flambe.

Kasi itu air mendidih. Let sampai semua air water dry evaporate pigi langit. Once itu happen... tadah! Gyoza sudah ready makan.

Campur lagi chopped spring onions on top for flavour.

Dipping sauce pulak, use one part vinegar and 2 parts soya sauce.

Garenti best ^_^
